Experienced U.S. Freight Dispatcher Wanted

We need one U.S.-based dispatcher with full freight dispatch experience to lead operations and manage a team of skilled Philippine-based dispatchers (5–12 years of experience).
Requirements
- Complete dispatch knowledge: booking, negotiating, back-office support, breakdown support
- Leadership skills to manage and oversee other dispatchers
- Experience recruiting owner-operators
- Loyalty and honesty (breach = immediate termination)
- Willingness to sign NDAs and binding contracts
